About the products
Every product is designed by Abigail, the founder and artist behind the brand. Each illustration is hand-drawn and crafted with care. When you buy from us, you're supporting creative work directly.
Our products are made through print-on-demand — meaning each item is printed and produced to order, specifically for you. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs without holding excess inventory, and it means every order is freshly made. We partner with trusted print-on-demand providers who share our commitment to quality.
Material details vary by product and are listed on each individual product page. If you have questions about a specific item's materials, feel free to reach out before ordering — we're happy to help you find the right fit.
We do our best to represent colors accurately in our product photos. However, slight variations can occur depending on your screen's brightness and color settings, as well as natural differences in print batches. If you're ordering something color-sensitive like a wall print, we recommend reviewing photos carefully before purchasing.
Orders & processing
Orders typically take 1–5 business days to process and produce before they ship. Because each item is made to order, this production time is necessary to ensure quality. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@yourbrand.com if you need to make a change.
You'll receive an automatic shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the production facility. This email will include your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & issues
Because each product is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review product descriptions, size guides, and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before you buy, we're always happy to help.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@yourbrand.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit — no hassle.
First, check around your property and with neighbors — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If you still can't locate it after 2 business days, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
Shipping
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times and rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. International orders generally take 7–21 business days depending on the destination. These are estimates — actual times can vary due to carrier delays or customs.
