Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each product is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review product descriptions, size guides, and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before you buy, we're always happy to help.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at abigaillouiseatelier@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

My package says delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

First, check around your property and with neighbors carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If you still can't locate it after 2 business days, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
